How long does it take?
Once your 50% deposit is received, your portrait is completed within 7 days.
On day 7, you’ll receive a preview photo of the finished artwork for approval. After final payment is made, your canvas is carefully packed and shipp.ed
Do you need full payment before starting?
A 50% deposit is required to begin your portrait.
The remaining 50% is due after you approve the final artwork and before shipping.
This ensures your spot in the schedule and allows the process to begin right away.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. When you receive the preview photo, you may request minor adjustments (such as small color refinements or details tweaks).
I want you to feel completely happy before your portrait ships.
What if I want multiply pets?
Each canvas includes one pet.
Additional pets can be added for $+125 per pet.
For more than two pets, a larger canvas size is recommended to maintain balance and detail.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. I ship insured natiowide across the U.S.
Shipping cost range from $18 – $45 depending on canvas size
Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your portrait arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and provide photos of the packaging and artwork.
Because all shipments are insured, we will resolve the issue and ensure you receive your portrait safely.
