Live Guest Portraits bring art, interaction, and a personal touch to corporate events and brand experiences. Guests are illustrated on-site in a loose, elegant watercolor style while they enjoy watching the artwork come to life — creating both a memorable experience and a one-of-a-kind keepsake to take home.
Up to 20 guests can be accommodated per hour booked, depending on portrait groupings. Most illustrations feature one to two guests per portrait.
Any portraits not completed during the event are finished in the studio and mailed directly to guests within 2–3 days.

What are Live Guest Portraits?
Live Guest Portraits are hand-painted watercolor sketches created during your event. Using a loose, expressive watercolor technique, Art Nany captures each guest in a stylish, simplified illustration. It’s not a highly detailed portrait
How many guests can be painted during the event?
Our Signature Experience includes 3 hours of live painting and covers up to 20 guests per hour, for up to 60 guests total. Most portraits feature one to two guests per illustration. For larger corporate events and brand activations, our Full Guest Experience is designed around your guest count, allowing all participating guests to receive a portrait.
What happens if all portraits can't be finished on-site?
Any portraits that can not be finished during the event are completed in the studio afterward. Finished portraits are shipped directly to each guest after the event, so everyone receives their artwork, even if attendance is higher than the number of portraits that can be painted live.
Can the experience be branded for our company or event?
Yes. Our Full Guest Experience includes custom embossed branding on each portrait. We can incorporate your company logo, event name, or brand mark as a subtle, elegant embossing on the paper, giving guests a refined branded detail they can take home.

Do guests need to sit for long periods of time?
No. Guests do not need to sit for a traditional long portrait session. A quick photo is taken during the event, so guests can keep enjoying the experience while the portrait is being painted.
What is the minimum booking?
Live customization experiences start at 3-hour minimum
Do you travel?
Yes — serving Cincinnati, & Dayton OH, Louisville & Lexington KY, Indianapolis IN, Tampa, Orlando & Kissimmee FL, and available nationwide.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking your Live Guest Portrait experience as early as possible, especially for corporate events, brand activations, and high-demand dates. Availability is limited and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A $250 retainer secures your event date.
